About Duncan

Im Duncan Lucas a Seafood Industry custodian, with over 45yrs experience working across varied industry sectors . With a real passion for sharing knowledge and encouraging people to either eat more seafood or seek employment within our amazing UK industry. Filleting fish and preparing shellfish live on stages at seafood events is a hobby and something that is still a real passion as it was the first day I ever started to fillet as a young apprentice.
